DISCLAIMER
The captain reserves the right to cancel the trip for unforeseen circumstances or if the weather conditions would make it unsafe. This trip can be rescheduled on a date both parties agree on. If the trip is unable to be scheduled the deposit will be refunded or applied to a date the following season.
If a customer cancels less than 1 week before the charter date we reserve the right to keep the deposit. If a charter is canceled more than 1 week out the trip can be rescheduled on a date that both parties agree on or the deposit can be refunded.
Passengers can not bring any illegal drugs or weapons allowed on board including firearms and knives.
No hard alcohol on board, beer is allowed. If a passenger becomes intoxicated the trip will be over and there will be no refund.
The captain has the right to end any trip for a safety concern.
Treat our vessel and equipment with respect. If either the vessel or equipment is carelessly damaged or broken the customer will be charged accordingly. Fishing rods carelessly broken or dropped overboard will be replaced by the passenger. Inshore rods valued at approximately $400 each and offshore rods are valued at approximately $1,000 each.
